- We are looking for Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer (Python) to join our engineering team to develop and maintain various software products. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, writing and testing code, debugging code and integrating applications with third-party web services.
- To be successful in this role, one should have experience in server-side logic and work well in a team. Ultimately, you`ll build highly responsive web applications that align with organization’s business needs
Job Responsibilities
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
- Contribute to all phases of the development life-cycle
- Follow best practices (e.g., test-driven development, continuous integration, Scrum, refactoring, code standards)
- Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into the design
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Write Stored Procedures
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Improve existing software
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
- Perform code reviews

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology
- Experience using cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Experience with Docker, Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, and/or Zeppelin.
- Experience with AWS, AWS EMR and/or AWS Lambda.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
- Experience in the healthcare industry.
- Skills Required: Big Data, blockchain, GraphQL, JavaScript, Restful Web API, Technical Documentation

Additional Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in design, development and deployment of application software using Python and related technologies
- Familiarity with Python-based web frameworks like Django or Flask
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases
- Experience in processing large-scale data sets.
- Must have very good problem-solving and analytical abilities. Those who participated in programming contests and/or solved contest problems will get priority.
- Solid knowledge of standard web technology; WebAPI or RESTful API’s.
- Strong experience with design patterns, multi-threaded systems, and automated unit testing.
- Experience writing scalable applications on distributed architectures.
- Experience with Agile methodology and principles to deliver high-quality solutions and services
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills

- Experienced working with Python, SQL, and processing large-scale data sets.
- Strong technical skills, including an understanding of software development principles
- Ability to work well with other developers and collaborate with team
- Good understanding of Version Control System (Git & SVN)
